Self check-in starts at 4 p.m. with your access code. Late arrivals are welcome. Check-out is at 11 a.m.; early check-in is not guaranteed.
Is parking included?
Apartment 313 has no parking. Apartments 315 and 332 have one free private space; 316, 318, 334 and 336 have two. Access instructions are included in your arrival information.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in the Cité 300 apartments.

How do I see the total price and booking terms?
Choose your dates and number of guests, then visit our booking site. Rates, fees and cancellation terms for your stay are shown before payment. To change a reservation, contact the team that sent your confirmation.
What is provided in the apartments?
All apartments include a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens and towels. A high chair and portable crib are also provided. Dishwashers, washer/dryers and BBQs vary by apartment; check the individual listing.
Can we book multiple apartments or a longer stay?
Yes. For a group or a stay of 10 nights or more, email location@gestionprohost.com for a tailored request. Each apartment’s maximum occupancy still applies.
Is there a reception desk or daily housekeeping?
There is no on-site reception desk. Check-in is self-service and housekeeping takes place at the end of your stay. For help during your stay, contact the team through your booking platform.
